The promotion is subject to these Terms and Conditions. Information on how to enter this competition forms part of the terms and conditions of entry. Entry into this competition is deemed to be an acceptance of these conditions.

  1. Competition Dates
  • Opens: 9am Monday 8th September 2025
  • Closes: 5pm Friday 26th September 2025
  1. Eligibility
  • Open to all Primary School aged children (Kindy to Year 6) residing in the electorate of Pearce. (Find your electorate link: https://electorate.aec.gov.au/)
  • One entry per child only.
  1. How to Enter
  • Entrants should colour in the Christmas illustration on the Tracey Roberts MP Christmas Card Competition sheet, available to download at https://traceyrobertsmp.com.au/community/christmas-colouring-in-competition/
  • Complete all details on the form including the full name of parent/guardian, address, contact number, and email address.
  • Parent/guardian signature is required and constitutes consent for the child's participation and use of their entry as outlined in these terms.
  • Submit completed entry by either:
    • Delivering to the electorate office at 2/23 Ocean Keys Bvd, Clarkson WA 6030 before Friday 26 September 2025, OR
    • Notifying the office that your school will be participating for collection on Thursday 25 or Friday 26 September 2025
  • Entries deemed illegible or incomplete will be considered invalid.
  1. Permissions and Privacy
  • By entering this competition, you give the promoter permission to use entrants' details for promotional and new service updates via email. You may opt out of future communications by contacting the office.
  • By entering, you consent to the winning and runner-up illustrations being featured on the annual Christmas card distributed to parliamentary colleagues and Pearce constituents.
  • Personal information will be handled in accordance with Australian Privacy Principles and retained only as long as necessary for competition and promotional purposes.
  1. Entry Conditions
  • The promoter is not responsible for entries that are not received or are received late.
  • Entries must be the child's own colouring work, on theme, and include a completed application form with parent/guardian signature.
  • All entries will become the property of the Promoter and will not be returned to the entrants.
  1. Judging
  • Entries will be judged by Tracey Roberts MP.
  • The judges' decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into concerning the granting of prizes.
  • Judging will be based on creativity, neatness, effort, and adherence to the Christmas theme.
  • If insufficient entries are received, the promoter reserves the right to award fewer prizes than advertised.

  1. Winner Notification
  • Winners' first names, age and suburb will be published on Tracey Roberts MP's social media pages and the printed card and electronic card.
  • Parents/guardians of prize winners will be notified by email.
  • Prizes must be collected from the electorate office at 2/23 Ocean Keys Bvd, Clarkson WA 6030 during business hours.
  1. Unclaimed Prizes
  • Any unclaimed prizes after 30 days will be donated to a charity or cause of Tracey Roberts' choice.
  1. Publication of Entries
  • Entries may be published on the Tracey Roberts MP Website and social media pages excluding surnames, addresses and phone numbers.
  • Winning and runner-up entries will be featured on the annual Christmas card.
